- The plan is to offer all state residents free diagnostic services at various public health facilities.
- Reducing the state’s infant and maternal mortality rates (IMR and MMR, respectively) is the main goal.
- In PPP mode, the government will also offer free pathology tests, digital X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs in addition to free diagnostic services.

- 40 crore for the Free Treatment for Trauma Fund (FTTF), a new program that offers trauma care facilities and emergency medical attention to victims of traffic accidents.
