PM Shri Scheme 2024: The prime minister of our nation, Narendra Modi, has declared the start of a new initiative to modernize outdated educational institutions and provide kids with cutting-edge learning opportunities. About PM Shri Scheme 2024

With the PM Shri Scheme, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated it. Under this project, 1,450 old Indian schools will be refurbished. The PM Shri Yojana upgraded 211 schools in Chhattisgarh

Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai launched a new program in Chhattisgarh. The state has just launched the PM Shri Scheme, also known as the Prime Minister’s School for Rising India. The Central Government would elevate 1753 Uttar Pradesh schools to a higher level under PM Shri (Prime Minister School for Rising India). Students at these schools will also have access to a computer lab, playground, skills lab, library, smart classroom, and skill lab. The Central Government is dedicated to raising the standard of both elementary and secondary education. A total of 1664 basic education and 89 secondary schools have been chosen to participate in the PM Shri Scheme. On February 14, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde announced that 846 Maharashtra schools would be transformed into prestigious establishments offering top-notch instruction as part of the Pradhan Mantri School for Rising India Scheme. which the federal government and the state government have inked a memorandum of agreement for. In the first phase of the PM Shree Yojana, about 1500 schools will open in India. Maharashtra is going to establish 846 schools.

The Maharashtra government has signed this agreement to execute the National Education Policy 2020 in the state in order to take part in PM Shri Scheme. The central government will own a sixty percent share in this plan. Under this initiative, every school will receive Rs 1 crore 88 lakh over a period of 5 years. This indicates that the state will contribute 40%, or Rs 634 crore 50 lakh, to these schools during a five-year period, and the Central Government will provide Rs 955 crore 98 lakh. This implies that for a period of five years, the Central Government will give each institution Rs 75 lakh. For the creation of PM Shri Schools, schools will be chosen in the second round from 408 groupings, 28 municipal corporations, 383 municipalities, and city councils.
